Next to our Vacation Homes is an adorable One Bedroom Private Cottage available for rental. It can sleep up to five people.  You have wonderful views of the Rocky Mountains, full kitchen, television with cable, washer and dryer, pull out sleeper sofa and rollaway.  The hot tubs and fire pit are for the 4 bedroom homes and not the cottage.

2010 Prices for Cottage:  $225/Night  (2 night minimum) ... $ 1415/week,    9.8% Colorado Tax and fees not included.  Non refundable 30% deposit required at booking.    Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.  Must be at least 28 years old to rent the homes
