We stayed there in April. We wanted to find a good neutral place to stay so we could find a area to relocate to... Check!! The owner was super nice and I could tell she really cares about making your stay a success. The best kept secret in Colorado is how really kind everybody is. The owners had everything so well stocked and even included a gift basket. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need to prepare food with.The garage even has sleds and bikes for the family to enjoy. The view was breathtaking and I truly can say it was a relaxing experience. We would wake up every morning to about a dozen or so deer feeding in the front yard and of course the neighborhood Elk were something else. If you are looking for a perfect place for your family to stay I highly recommend staying here. Thanks again for providing such a beautiful place to stay, Bill

This could be my home. That is just how great this place was, Vanessa was so pleasant to work with and the entire place was perfect in every way imaginable!!! It was spacious and had all the amenities needed for the perfect week for my entire family. Everyone wants to go back already and we were only there a couple of weeks ago. I highly recommend this for anyone and everyone. The view was spectacular and the sound of the river was so relaxing. The elk in the neighborhood were amazing. I could go on and on but you just have to see it and live it for yourself. I have stayed at many places around Estes Park but this is BY FAR the best ever.

Our extended family (five adults and four children) stayed at the cabin during Spring Break. It exceeded our expectations and was a perfect getaway. We all keep talking about it and how much fun we had. So much so that we are getting ready to book it again for this upcoming Spring Break and will be bringing our family's new addition, too. The kitchen was a delight to cook in and very well stocked. We ended up eating all but two meals at home - quite a feat when you are feeding nine people. The hot tub was great for kids and couples (the little ones still talk about how fun the hot "pub" was!). The view was spectacular, but we were close enough to walk to downtown (great for an early morning run). The layout really worked well for our family giving everyone their own space when needed but big enough so we could all be together, too (again not easy for nine people). Having two family rooms and two floors of space was helpful. There wasn't a room in the cabin or feature of the property that wasn't well thought out and useful from the laundry room to the tire swing. The owners went above and beyond. We ended up getting snowed in our last day, and they helped us find another great cabin as ours was booked that night. All-in-all, I would highly recommend this cabin, just don't book our Spring Break spot because our family plans on being here again and again!

We spent spring break week at this beautiful cabin. I just couldn't get over how beautiful it was inside and out. All the beds and bedrooms were roomy with warm bedding and comfortable mattresses. The living and dining spaces gave us so much space to hang out and enjoy each other. The view was breathtaking! The cabin was so clean with current fixtures and furnishings and hot, comfortable showers. The owner was so kind and easy to work with. We will definitely be going back. If you want to ski, the closest ski resort is only an hour. Estes Park is beautiful little town with plenty to do. I highly recommend Smokin' Dave's Barbeque which was just minutes from the cabin, but if you want to eat in the kitchen is fully stocked with cookery so you can prepare your own meals. I honestly can't think of anything the owner could have done differently that would have made our stay better.

It is quite a change from the hectic rat race some of the ski towns offer. We have been told may times that our place and setting offers such a relaxing escape from busy lifestyles. Staying with us gives you an opportunity to have quality family time and make wonderful family memories. Estes Park attracts 3.5 million visitors a year thanks to Rocky Mountain National Park.
